THIS CLASS IS RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WITH PRIOR EXERCISE EXPERIENCE OR THOSE THAT WOULD LIKE A STEP UP FROM THE BOOTCAMPS THEYVE BEEN ATTENDING AT CHALLENGE FITNESS. 

INJURY PREVENTION- THIS CLASS UTILIZES EXERCISES TO STRENGTHEN CORE MUSCLES TO IMPROVE POSTURE, INCREASE MOBILITY, AID AND CORRECT MOVEMENT DYSFUNCTION, AND IMPROVE MOTOR CONTROL.

METCON- METCON IS SIMPLY THE SHORTER WAY OF SAYING METABOLIC CONDITIONING. IT IS THE "BANG FOR YOUR BUCK" KIND OF WORKOUT. COME IN, WORK AS HARD AS YOU CAN, AND LEAVE FEELING ACCOMPLISHED. THIS FAST MOVING CLASS IS GUARANTEED TO BURN A LOT OF CALORIES, KEEP YOUR HEART RATE UP, AND LOSE FAT FAST.
